Heritage offers the purchase, sale, advisory, and secure storage of physical precious metals. Availability of specific products and services may vary and is subject to confirmation. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy where such activity would be unlawful.
Precious metals prices are volatile. Any prices shown on the Site are indicative only and are not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. Final pricing is quoted live against prevailing spot at the time your order is locked and is set out in your written confirmation. Orders are subject to acceptance, verification, and available inventory.
Metals held in Heritage allocated storage are segregated and identified to you, and are subject to the terms of your separate storage agreement, including provisions on insurance, audits, fees, and withdrawal. Where you elect delivery, title and risk pass as specified in your order confirmation; shipments are fully insured in transit and require signature on receipt.
Information on the Site and from our specialists is general in nature and provided for educational purposes only. It is not investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and does not account for your individual circumstances. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult your own qualified advisors.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Heritage name and emblem, and design — are owned by or licensed to Heritage and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heritage and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or value, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heritage and its representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kentucky for any dispute not subject to a separate agreement to arbitrate.
